De Todas Cooperativa, shared some of their work and their role in a talk last Thursday.
They are women who move forward productively to society the same way for their families, the cooperative provides them. How? Being a support and economic aid, works like this: A woman meets 5 friends they can trust a lot, this small group is under the supervision of a consultant to the cooperative, who is responsible for verifying that they are current on their payments.
They are a guide to make investments and create business for themselves.
Actually, this cooperative, life-changing for these women, helping them become responsible and liable for their families.
Well, how did presentation contribute to our understanding of Social Responsability?
This organization is not profit, its aims are entirely social .. They focus on the community, how to help looking for a way that can be overcome.
Contributes to the development of a community which is part of a society, ie, contributes to society.

I think this cooperativa, avoid all parameters established in the Latinoamerica society, like the machism.. Put the woman at the head up of the family, giving to she more responsabilities, and more than that, take advantage of her sensibility for the things that are good for their own welfare and put in a way to help the productivity that she can do for their families; this cooperativa, throw the old thoughts, like woman isn't good for anything, I think this can be part of a small search for truth in our society.
In other way, I see this a big group, I just think that is a perfect example of unity.. In this case, they work together to increase their own capacities of progress in life, and consequence of that they provide more work and oportunities for other people. Its important, that we can see, that whole humanity need all between.
Maybe if we work together, more like these group of woman, we can reach out do incredible things; honestly I haven't lost the faith and hope that one day the countries in all world can work together.
